Your personal information will never be forwarded to anyone. We keep the information on the invoices, for warranty. Any other information will be disposable and will not be stored.

Terms of sale


1. Refunds.
The Purchaser shall have 15 days from the receipt of packages to return the items purchased. EnergieVair agree to reimburse the Buyer the price of the item sold minus shipping and handling fees. The refund will be issued once the object have been returned and examined.

2. Legal Warranty
The Quebec Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Protection provide legal guarantees on hidden defects as well as the use of property sold. These legal safeguards also apply to every sells made by EnergieVair. In addition, all our products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, PLUS extended warranty by EnergieVair.

3.Payments
Buyer agrees to pay the full price of invoice before receiving his goods, including tax and delivery costs, if applicable. Failure by the Purchaser having paid the agreed purchase price at the time prescribed, it will occur an additional penalty of 5% per month of the agreed purchase price.

4.Fee Provincial, Federal and others.
Buyer agrees to pay to the Seller, the different Canadian's taxes : T.V.Q. and T.P.S., payable in respect of any item subject to an order at the national level. These charges do not apply to sales to internationnal. All other taxes, including customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5.Issues and Reclamation
In case of difficulties in implementing these, the Buyer has the option, before any legal action to seek a friendly solution, especially with all counsel of its choice.
